SupperKin is a family meal planner made by Beamaze. It is currently in testing, is provided as-is without warranty, and may change while we improve it.
Planning a new week in SupperKin needs an active SupperKin Pro subscription, including its free-trial period if you have one. When SupperKin Pro is offered in your store, it is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. You start it yourself, by choosing a plan in the app and confirming the purchase with the store. The plans, prices and billing periods, in your currency and including any tax the store applies, are the ones the store shows you before you confirm.
Everything you have already made stays available without a subscription: your current week, swapping a meal or adding a night to it, recipes, cook mode, your grocery list, past weeks and your household. People you send a review link to never need a subscription to answer it.
If the store offers you a free trial when you start a SupperKin Pro subscription, the first 14 days of that subscription are free. The store decides whether your store account can have the free trial; for example, it may offer only one introductory free trial per store account. If the store does not offer you one, the app shows the normal price and your subscription is paid from the start.
Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected, and the store charges you the price for the billing period it showed you, then again at each renewal until you cancel. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged, and you can keep using SupperKin Pro until the free trial ends.
A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price the store then shows, unless you cancel it. Cancel or change your plan in your store account: in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or, on an iPhone or iPad, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The App Store's own rules require auto-renewal to be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, including a free trial, to avoid the next charge. After you cancel a paid subscription, you keep SupperKin Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, the store may retry it for a short time, and you may keep access while it does.
Google Play and the App Store handle payments, renewals and refunds under their own terms; refund requests go to the store you bought from. Deleting your SupperKin account does not cancel a subscription or stop store billing, including during a free trial. Cancel it in the store first; otherwise a free trial converts to a paid subscription and the store keeps charging you.
Meal suggestions, nutrition figures and price estimates are for information only. Prices are estimates, not quotes from any shop. SupperKin applies the dietary restrictions and allergies you enter, but you remain responsible for making sure every meal is safe for the people you cook for. Always check ingredients and labels for allergens.
A review link you send lets whoever holds it see one week of dinners and your household's name while the link is open: until it expires after seven days, you revoke it, or you settle the week. The first person to answer becomes the only one who can change the answers. You are responsible for choosing who you send links to.
Do not try to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or by email as described on the delete your account page. This deletes your sign-in, your SupperKin data on our server, your subscription record at our subscription service and the account's data on the device you delete it from. It does not cancel a SupperKin Pro subscription you bought from Google Play or the App Store; cancel that in the store. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
How SupperKin handles your data is set out in the privacy policy.
